We have to evaluate all the planning parameters to produce a scheme that may push the boundaries but is within reason and an achievable planning gain. This often involves brokering initial discussions with the local government and overseeing planning permission applications. Planning drawings are produced after the concept stage has been client approved ready for submission. Equus takes care of the whole process.
